The course Creative Freedom Journey is an experience, where the mentors (Fernanda Giardis and Ju Varella) guide through dance, meditation and shamanic philosophies ways to transmute our beliefs and find our freedom in our creativity, emotions and life.
WATERCOLOUR FOR BEGGINERS

In this course, I bring the basic techniques of watercolour for those who want to start painting and understand the technique, besides teaching through meditation how to enter in the creative flow, so we can feel peace while painting

In this course where the protagonist is the woman, the idea is that all of us can find ourselves through the lunar cycles. To understand our cyclicality and that we are not and will not be linear. This ancestral knowledge has been lost over the years and is coming back so that women can empower themselves and their art.
GUIDED MEDITATION

Through meditation, I was able to find inner peace. I strongly believe in the power of meditation as a resource to find inner balance. I do guided meditations for groups and companies, and I am also offering an online course for meditation beginners.
