CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Hi! Here I'll explain a little about how we can work together regarding exchanges, returns, or rescheduling :)
For in-person workshops:
In case of cancellation:
After purchase, you can request a change of course date if you are no longer able to attend, up to 24 hours before the start of the course. This change is valid for up to 3 months. After 3 months from the date of purchase, if not reused, it will no longer be valid.
If you cancel and do not wish to reschedule, the amount will be refunded through the platform using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, provided the cancellation is made up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
In case of non-attendance at the Workshop:
Without 24 hours' prior notice, the amount will not be refunded , nor will it be rescheduled for another date or course.
Performing any of the procedures is very simple! Just follow the step-by-step instructions below:

Enter your order number and the same email address used to make the purchase, then click "search and continue".
Please inform us of your desired cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
Please specify if you would like a rescheduling or a refund.
Please specify the reason for your cancellation from the options provided.
Rescheduling:
It will be linked to your email and is valid for 3 months if you cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the course. It can be rescheduled for any other workshop of equal value held by Ju Varella.
Refund of the amount:
If you paid for your order with a bank slip and requested a refund, we will make a bank transfer (DOC) to the account holder's checking account. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) of the purchase holder.
When requesting cancellation, you must provide your bank details, and the bank transfer (DOC) will be processed within 5 business days.
