CREATIVE FREEDOM JOURNEY

This face to face course, created by me and Fernanda Giardis, aims to bring people closer to their own essence, so they can then allow themselves to create without barriers.

We both believe that the cycles of nature, bring us the teachings of a harmonious and perfect creative flow, where the essence of each one of us is the great protagonist of our art. 

​

Based on the shamanic wheel, we created this course, which proposes a walk in search of creative freedom, where, during the 4 hours course, we go through all the seasons of the year present in the wheel (spring, summer, autumn and winter). 

With this walk, our proposal is that the course members, in contact with nature, can experience in practice, what it is to create in the natural flow of our essence.

The proposal is that we go through the four seasons of the year, experiencing activities such as active meditation, dance and creative artistic activities, so we can better understand ourselves, our mind and consequently bringing to the surface of our consciousness, the freedom to be and create.
