benefits of the practice

Emotional autonomy: the method aims to develop the ability to manage one's own emotions, developing tools for emotional release through art.
Self-esteem, self-confidence, and authenticity are developed from understanding how emotions can be managed and released through art, as well as generating the ability to value one's own work, emotions, and journey, fostering healthy emotional development.
Artistic development: the child develops artistic skills through the techniques worked on during the workshops.

schedule of our workshop

conversation & listening
understanding emotions
authentic expression
The process of actively listening to children is very important. It allows each child to listen and also learn to express their emotions, respecting their individual space and desire to express themselves.
Through games, dances, and music, information about our emotions is conveyed, leading to an understanding of their names, expressions, and healthy ways to release them through art.
Art requires creative freedom, and each emotion calls for a different expression. During the workshops, depending on the needs of each student, different art forms will be explored, including: watercolor, clay, gouache, collage, and dance.
