Meditating by Painting

Service Description

Meditation and painting🙏🏾🎨 provide spaces for relaxation, muscle relaxation, peace, emotional release, and reconnection✨ with our authentic essence through the Watercolor & Creative Unblocking method. For 1 hour and 30 minutes every week, we will have a meditative practice followed by a creative exercise for free expression and reconnection with our essence.🪷 Classes will be 100% online and will not be recorded. During the classes, watercolor techniques🎨 will not be taught, but rather a moment to awaken your creativity with whatever is available in your home. Thus creating a moment reserved for you (every week) in your self-care, developing your creativity with what you have available and, most importantly, within this beautiful community of Ju💚 with much unity and connection.
